Flashing Glow Plug Light and Car won't start

Hi  Had to use Skoda Assist for the first time yesterday, whilst on on a site for work went to set off home and car would not start, glowplug light was flashing and after turning car over for a while nothing. The RAC guy checked diagnostics and found a low fuel pressure issue, car then recovered to a dealer in Glasgow and I'm awaiting a diagnostic today and hopefully my car back!! Anyone else had similar problems?

 

can't fault the Skoda Assist system and the RAC guy was great.
