Auto Express DPF removal Artical

In this week Auto Express run an article explaining the legal issues with DPF removal.

Basically removal of a DPF is in contravention of an EU directive making the car unroadworthy and could invalidate your insurance.

The article also says that the UK gov is not enforcing the directive, it also goes on to say the DPF removal contravenes the road traffic act by altering a road going vehicle so it becomes unroadworthy.

It finishes by saying owners having DPFS removed should consider future changes in the law - possibly MOT.
