Scrapes on the wheel arch and door

Featured Replies

Just noticed that I have got some scrapes on the rear wheel arch.

It is very possible I copuld have done it in an underground car park this week, but dont remember hearing it!

I have a RACE BLUE octyIII.

Is there anything better than t-cut to get the scrapes out??

Did you take out Smart repair when you bought the car as this would cover it mate.

Farecla G3

I've used Chips Away in the past and was very impressed within the results.  Usually between 80 - 150 quid depending on the size of scratch.

That said, people have warned against using them due to dull finish/poor quality, but I've not experienced/noticed this.

Thanks.

No idea what smart repair is, so I presume I dont have it.

The scratched are not big enough for chips away (I am sure there will be more over time, and as the car is so dirty at the moment, you can only notice it as I have rubbed the area clean!!!

I will have a look at the Farecla stuff.
