8/6 paddle clutch with dmf

Featured Replies

Looking at buying the clutch as title is it OK to run with stock dmf, ie just fitting the clutch?

I've heard mixed reports about but willing to take a punt.

Will be fitting a GT1749VC.

Cheers

Aslong as its designed to fit with a dmf

Hopefully your dmf is in good shape

Wouldn't bother buying a clutch until yours is completely knackerd. That's what I'm doing anyways, going to get the PD150 turbo mapped in tomorrow, not holding back on the map and if the clutch goes it goes, buy a new one when it does lol

I've had a cg motorsport 6 paddle clutch with a dmf for 40000 miles. Most of that has been at 220 horse. Been very pleased and surprised at how long it's lasted

We have a new kit out now that comes as a pre-assembled unit with SMF and that can hold down the same as the Sachs racing kit....
