Knocking and squeak noise

So I fitted jom coilovers around a month ago and fitted mondeo drop links they were from a 04/05 plate I think, are shorter than standards but since I've fitted them I've had a knocking noise whilst going over bumps ect, also have a squeak coming from the left front I thought it was the disc and pads to start with but they were new so I took the pads out a greased the backs up but it's still there, only happens at low speeds and if I turn abit left or right or apply the brakes it stops, any advise appreciated
