Looking for a bit of advice about changing the front passenger wing on my fabia vrs as some Ba***rd in a supermarket delivery van reversed straight into it

Firstly would I be best off getting one direct from the dealer or get one from a breakers yard?

Id say scrap yard. Best chance of a colour match with aged paint etc. Pay about £40 maybe?

Dealer will be a lot more plus getting it painted

it depends what you want .... if you want it just to be something like a scrap yard or ebay

if you want it to be perfect then it will have to be a body shop .... if some one else hit it why arent they paying for it

Know what brand it was, who they were delivering to when they manouvered in to your car?

Scrap yard could be a hassle, are they not spot welded in places?

Changed mine at the beginning of the year. Searched eBay for a local silver Fabia being broken, messaged them and picked it up for about £25. I can't see any difference and it was fairly straight forward.
