Maximum Bolt length on hubs?

Featured Replies

Bought 15mm and 20mm hubcentric spacers for my winter wheels, and the supplier swore blind the 45mm radius bolts they supply will be fine, that's the only size they have. The 20mm is going on the rear, 15mm on the front.

Can anyone confirm if it is dead space behind the hubs, or whether the 10-15mm protrusion is gunna cause me any issues?

Cheers,

Anyone able to coment? Would save me a Ballache jacking the car up in the dark later! ;)

Just try one wheel first to be sure but should be fine, oem bolt is 27mm Iirc, so would need to adding 15/20mm to that respectively

Yep for the record all fitted and torqued up without any issues! 20mm spacers on the rear hub due to the 14mm lip, 15mm on the front over the 12.8mm lip
