I'm wanting to stage 2 map my mk1 Octavia VRS, I'm looking for some info on what a need to fit to it first as I'm a mechanic and can do all the work then take it for the map....

It's had a stage 1 already, FMIC, K&N cone air filter, Full exhaust system apart from de cat or sports cat, 4 Bar FPR, Forge splitter DV and a think that's it....

Any info would be great and where's the best place to take it for the map, I'm up in Glasgow....

Decat or sports cat is a must plus an SFS over sized turbo intake pipe. would recommend a cold air intake kit also as an open cone filter sat in the engine bay robs power due to heat soak from the engine temps. I need a turbo intake pipe and fmic for mine as I'm skipping stage one.

It's got a cold air intake on it... What an SFS???

SFS is the manufacturer of the turbo intake pipe. It's the one to go for according to most folks on here. About £140 off eBay.
