I wonder if anyone could help ?

I have an 02 plate skoda Fabia and my engine management light has come on and constantly flashes.

When trying to drive car has no acceleration power (almost feels like it's missing) recently put new spark plugs in just wondering if anyone has any idea what this could be have had a diagnostic before saying about egr fault could this be linked ??

I had something similar with mine- diagnostics said that it was a misfire, had the coilpack replaced and all is well! Mine is a 1.2HTP though..

I would say ignition coil as well, I'm guessing you have the BBZ engine with four pencil coil packs, buy a new one and swap out until the problem goes away or get the code read and change the pack on the misfiring cylinder, there is a possiblity that the ignition coil wiring loom may be failing if the problem persists.
