Cost of DMF replacement?

Hello,

I've got a 2009 Octavia VRS CR TDi which has covered about 45k.

For a while, the clutch periodically judders when moving off in 1st gear.  Seems to be worse on cold, wet, mornings.  No other noises, problems, etc.

Any views on whether this is likely to be the dreaded DMF?

Any ideas what a main dealer might charge to replace?

And finally, anyone else had this and got a contribution from Skoda UK?  I've got a full Skoda service history - for what it's worth!
