Intercooler change DIY? where to find

Greetings

I've just bought an S3/GolfR (the later model plastic tank version) for my 1.8tsi with Bluefin stage 1 remap. It's 39mm compared to 32mm & I figure that while it won't add power, it might help with heatsoak & consistency of power.  The afternoon drive home from work has been over 30degC (86F in your money) most days this month.

Can someone point me to a decent DIY (especially all the removal of bodywork before dropping the IC downwards) so that I don't have to blunder through this & swear a lot.  My dog would appreciate it.

I do have the Forge motorsport version for a Golf MkV.

Any other hints & tips?

I'm aware there might be an issue with the orientation of the hose into the IC but the seller has supplied those hoses, so hopefully that's covered.
