I'll be needing a roof box for my black magic Elegance and was wondering if anybody

could recommend one. I would like one that looks ok and isn't too big for my Fabia.

Does anybody have any experience with these?

I have a Vrs and used a Renault Megane Scenic ( early ) roof box it fitted well onto the Fabia roofrack. Tested to 110mph and 2000 miles. Everything stays dry. You can pick them up cheap secondhand as it's an old model now.

I couldn't see any scenic boxes on ebay black magic. Goochie thats a big roof box,

probably too big for my Fabia though?

Possibly, is it the standard hatch or estste Elegance? It is pretty long, takes up most of the Octy estate roof space.

I notice some roof boxes (not Thule or Halfords) achieve their volume by making the box wider. This is perhaps the best way to do it with the Fabia.

Before buying on EBay do your homework, as I said above they're not very cheap, especially if you have to travel to collect.
