Falken ze914......... I dislike you muchly :P

Unless of course i find out bristol city council swapped tarmac to ice or oil overnight then i'll let you off

Unlikely ;)

Primewell pz900 all the way for me

I wouldn't blame the tires so much....is you suspension, modded witout any research ,mesurements

I put maxxis MAZ1s on mine as they were cheap and they are superb. Running standard power though.

They mote not be too bad if i possibly raised the rear

If i was to keep the 3sdms id look into 235/40 rears maybe then swap the 225s to the front

The whole car will sit higher abit to so whether that would help

They dont touch the rainsport 2s thst i had on the 19s tho

It was 8am on a sunday tho so the roads were cold as a cold thing tho

Maybe frosty :D

Either way it was annoying hehe

The write ups online are great, but the do have a rep for tram-lining..... Which is interesting as i blamed 100% of the back tram on the camber n stretch

I've got the ZE914's and can't fault them at present. Granted at the mo mine is on standard tyre size, not lowered and not had any power mods done but Christ they just grip but even I can get the front to lose traction in third if I really try hard.

I had them on my Mg too once the ZE912's dried up. The 912's were absolutely brilliant and that was on a highly modded car and they just kept on giving. Several track days and daily road use and they still took over 2 years of punishment.

Granted the 914's aren't quite as good as them, they are called ecorun so it's probably a better tyre for increased mpg and overall carbon footprint and all that rubbish but even when put on the mg they weren't too far off the 912's which is why I went for them on the octy.

They do tend in the cold cold dampness of an early morning let you spin freely from time to time though but does depend if your trying to reshape the footwell :D lol

I can't think of thier name but the predecessor's something like 512's where crap in my experience.

452/453's are massively better tyres

Mid range tyres, camber and stage 2 is never a good mix unfortunately.

Have you done enough miles to wear the protective coating down?

It would take you about a year to do this with the miles you do ;)

The other half runs falken ze914's and i think they are actually quite good :)

I did actually wonder this mate? Is there a layer of stuff on them?

But after what it had today and friday i would e thought it came off ?

All the camber is on the rear so i just leave them be lol i cant point a finger at the back as they can only do what they can do :D

Ze912s was the ones these replaced David :)

The 512s were before them iirc

I got 452's on my 19's and they are nowhere near as good as Toyo T1R's!
