Welcome to the forum.

Someone that knows the car can tell you about the coolant lights hopefully.

The Red lights i see is the Brakes and Seatbelt, is the one centre top for Doors/Alarm?

If the car starts and runs OK when Cold, and you know the coolant has yet to warm up,

then seems no problem in having no Blue Light Illuminating.

(if you are not going to have it diagnosed and fixed.)

As long as the Coolant/Fluid Level is always correct

and the Summer Coolant/Winter Anti Freeze and rust Inhibitor Ratio/Strength for the conditions you use the car in  is correct.
