Any idea what this is? Car has thrown a code on and off for some time, but more so now.

 

The indy dealer said inlet swirl flap a while ago, I think they mean throttle body but I'm no expert on PD engines. According to another thread, P3138 008 is 'Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) Deviation'.

 

Would appreciate any advise before I splash out on the wrong thing! Car is a 57 plate VRS with 110,000 miles on the clock, DPF removed and mapped by Shark.

Just to feedback if others search for this information, this should sort out my issues:

Intake manifold runners are not connected to the ASV/EGR valve, ordering that part won't help you at all IMO.
