It's been fun

Featured Replies

Ladies and gents,

I part exchanged the Fabia today. Very sad to see it go, can honestly say I loved it and was easily one of the best cars I have ever owned. Lots of things going for the Fabia, catches a lot of people by surprise and very rarely dropped below 50mpg.

I have met some wonderful people through Briskoda, some dickheads too but that goes with "Internet forums".

I'll be sticking around as hopefully my limited knowledge can help those less knowledgeable than I.

Thanks again.

Bowen.

Was good to meet you at Combe the time you came out for a run.

What car have you gone for?

Always sad to see a loved car go..  but it needs to be done occasionally.  I loved my 1.6 tdi Octi, but had to see it go to get the vRS.

Have you decided on what is replacing the Furby?

Even if you don't go with another Skoda, I hope you stick around, always sad to see one of our own members disappear.

I was actually thinking of you Richard as I wrote it, thanks so much for taking me out in the GTR. I will always remember that, hopefully have another thrill ride another time maybe.

I picked up an Audi A4 2L tfsi Quattro SE S line, earlier today.

I'll get a members ride up soon.

Shame to see the Fabia go, but the new ride sounds just as good. Look forward to the progress thread :)
