Hi All,

 

My clutch is on its last legs, its now surging in third at constant throttle seriously is about to go, will have have all the parts Saturday to complete the job just not the past experience.

 

I have changed many things, a clutch is not one of them! I cant afford to pay anyone to do it, I have a good tool kit drive on ramps jack, axle stands, torque wrench sockets etc etc. Just not the balls to attempt on my tod?!

 

Does anyone live around the westbury, warminster, trowbridge area that would be willing to give a fellow forum blogger a hand?!

hi would help like a shot but you live to far away for me I,m in Liverpool you might be better with axle stands as you will have to remove the wheels to take the drive shafts out good luck  hope the weather is good  i.m waiting to fit a forge fmic to my vrs but the weather does not help good luck

Gonna need it up on axel stands and gonna need one trolley jack to support the engine and another to support the box once you split it. Not the hardest ever to change but I had a bit of bother breaking the box from the engine- you really need 2 people or you;re gonna have sore fingers. Wish I could help but I'm a canny bit further North from you
