Thinking of getting the Monte roof wrapped, black gloss to match.

 

Being the est version I think it would look better with it black, like the hatch, I've no idea why Skoda made them different?

 

Has anyone here had it done?

I would agree, seen one yesterday in Red but it loses the look not having the black roof like the hatch

I had this conversation with my dad at a dealership. If you look at the contours of the estate, from Skoda's point of view "Where the hell do we go with it after the rear window?"

 

This is why I went for a black one. However having seen a few on the road, part of me likes the estate without the black roof; red and white IMHO look great in estate. Guess I just really wanted a tech!

The managed with the Roomster, just followed the line of the windows.

Get some photos on when it's done, I'm intrigued as to what it'll look like.

Should look good with the gloss black roof rails.

I'm just not sure about how it will look when they blend/match the black in, as on the etstate its going to be black in the centre of the roof, then red "panel" along the length where the gutter is, then the black pillars round the doors.

 

The back end of the estate, the rear "wing" doesn't have a natural seem to end the wrap, if that makes sense?

Hmm. I want to see this too. Been eyeing mine up for the last few days but can't work out where the line would go...

Going in for the wrap first thing tomorrow, hopefully it's a good idea!!!!

Hmmm. Spoiler looks ace and looks a good job done, looking forward to some different perspective photos!

From what I can see the spoiler makes it, leaving that red would have been a bad choice IMO
