Just wanted to say good evening and that I'll hopefully be joining ranks soon as a mk1 Fabia vrs owner.

 

Below is the car I'm saying goodbye to on Monday. It's been a great motor the last two years but more frequent town driving means the v8 has got to go. 15mpg is not cutting it! Although it did manage over 30mpg on the motorway (6th was like an overdrive).

 

Anyway my budget for the vrs is around £4000 - we'll see what comes up!

 

Nice Jag mate. Sorry to see you parting with it. I would advise you have a look at a Superb, I get 55-60 mpg out of mine. Bigger than the Jag too.

Cheers boss. I hear what you're saying about the Superb but the Fabia's been in my head for a while now and I don't need something as big as the jag this time.
