any other mounts apart from powerflex dog bone a good thing to have? don't want any vibration though whos got what?

Only other engine mount upgrades are the vibratechnics engine mount. I'd expect some increased vibrations with almost any upgraded mounts on a diesel

I've got powerflex dogbone mount in mine, vibrations aren't really noticeable, only thing it my keys jingle on idle but it's nothing major.

Ever thought about replacing it with a new genuine one? Will be much firmer than an old 100k one but will still be smooth.
