Thank you for having such a fan-bloody-tastic forum
Just purchased myself a 2002 SkODA fabia 1.9 SDI Classic,
I know its not going to be the fastest car in the world, but compared to my last car - 1954 Series 1 Landrover... i'm going to notice an improvement in acceleration and top speed and comfort!

I look forward to being part of the community

They do come with handbrakes as standard, BTW

 

I see the previous keeper opted for the 'Sauna Pack', commonly known as 'leaky doors' or 'wet carpets in rear passenger footwell'.

oops - its got all 4 audi wheels on now

fixed  the rear leaky doors too! water was about 3 inches deep in the back and had overflowed into the front!

and I fixed the battery light not on the dash... not charging syndrome with help from the forum

p.s. its jacked up at the front and on axle stands to fix the broken wires underneath - never be too cautious when it comes to a car falling on your head!
