Before I order my car I'd just like to get an idea what this will look like - I can only find pics of the Scout, not a standard Estate with the RRP.

 

Anyone got any pics of the car with the raised height option fitted?

If you are mindful of ruts and kerbs, then RRP is definitely the way to go. In Bulgaria, I encounter a lot of those and RRP was one of the features that made me go for the Octavia, instead of other cars with similar specs. One month on, I am very happy with my choice.

 

The raised height is most apparent in the gap between the tyre and the  wheel arch, but I believe it does not alter the appearance of the car in a major way. Of course, other people who are more sensitive to design details might disagree.

It is SO annoying that we don't get the chrome window trim in the UK. I imagine just to preserve sales of the VAG upmarket brands. Nice looking cars by the way.

I was just about to type exactly the same upon seeing the blue one above. So much classier IMO. I reckon, give it time and it may be allowed as an option again.
