Hi, lately my felicia have been puffing through the exhsust, more when cold what this could be ? And also water comes out from exhaust and drips on the floor

What colour etc is the puff?

 

White smoke, steam or blue smoke?

White smoke but its condensation i think, also when the smoke disappears it still makes a puff puff sound every 2 seconds..

How many miles do you do? Short trips?

Short trips mostly but still the puffing sound is not normal, my car is also due to a timing chain replacement its making noise

Timing chain is a really straight forward fix. I was amazed at how simple it was and you get a good chance to clean the sump and strainer, 

 

Condensation from the exhaust is standard, have someone check you exhaust for your noise
