Dont know if you guys have had any contact with them, I did today and wasnt too impressed.

Just went for a new offside front speaker and xenons raising. They sorted these issues but also added some oil marks on both front seats, drivers mat and marked my dash board!!!

I went back to have a go at them. They cleaned the seats without much trouble (not as good as they were) but i still had to clean the oil off the mat and go over the seats as soon as i got home.

Just thought id highlight this.....If you are going there make sure you ask them to cover your seats and mats. I was stupid enough to think the would do it without asking!

Ill know for future even though i wont be going there again!

I've been dealing with them for about 18months now. Always very helpful but they do sometimes make silly mistakes like the one with your car. They left my battery cover off once when servicing

Could've been worse, could've gone elsewhere and nearly been charged for warranty faults.

I'm sure they didnt mean to though really. Get some Autoglym Interior Shampoo and get it on quickly, it may bring it up well.

I have used them and found them to be rubbish, crawley down are much better... :D

You are having a laugh? Crawley Down are the biggest bunch of to$$ers I've ever had to deal with. Their site is too small, you book a courtesy car and you rarely get (though I was lucky last time I went), I paid for a warranty when I bought the car, but instead of actually buying the warranty, they pocketed the money. Avoid them at all costs, I still don't know if a repair which wouldve been covered by the warranty is going to be paid for by them or me, after 2 weeks.

I dont like them

Or do you work for them? I know someone at least on here does. And I'm pretty sure I'll hear these comments made by me said down the phone to me again when the employee reads them. Yes thats why I changed my username, oh and I won't be paying
