Boost controller?

Featured Replies

these don't work very well on modern cars that are electronically controlled. on old things like R5, metro turbo or my 1.5TD nova for example it works a treat as long as you manually adjust the fueling to suit.

all this does is lie to the actuator, if the actuator opens at say 5psi then with this you could set it up to leak 2/3 of the boost so when the actuator see's 5psi you actually have 15psi being producued by the turbo(as long as you wastegate is strong enough of course).
