I want to order a set of front and rear brake pads for my Skoda Octavia
but there is some confusion as to exactly which sets to order when
looking at the various options which appear on parts websites.
I enclose below the details from the service book in the vehicle and I would
be grateful if anyone could look at it and determine precisely which parts I need
to order...
 

The vehicle was registered in Ireland.

Your local motor factor will be able to tell quite confidently given your registration number and in many cases is just as cheap as buying online plus it also has the advantage of quick part replacement if wrongly supplied.

I say confidently and not 100% as there are always OEM options not available on everybody's parts system.
