VW Premium Bluetooth Problem

Featured Replies

I have Skoda Superb 1.4 TSI Elegance of which production date is 2010. I bought a premium bluetooth kit, its part number is "3C8 035 730 D". I pair the device with my Samsung Note 2 without any problem, it seems to work but suddenly it disconnects and give an error message like "no connection to mobile device". After that it starts to search for mobile phone but it cannot find it. If only i turn of bluetooth from my phone and restart it, it connects again. Sometimes it works for a few days without any problem, but sometimes there is no way to utilise the system, errors and errors...

I tried not only rsap mode but also hands free mode. Interestingly if i activate "premium" from the menu it connects to telephone, uses the phone's mobile data and i can connect to Skoda wi-fi for only 1 minute. After that, it disconnects. Which is also interesting is that in that situation on the Columbus it says "no network connection of the mobile operator.

It is obvious that i am doing something wrong or i am not doing someting which has to be done.

Please someone help me and tell step by step to solve this problem.

Hi, what about if you try to pair another phone, same kind of problem?

The only person owns a smart phone in the family is me; so i did not find an opportunity to try with another phone.
