Door won't unlock. No sound anymore from motor. Any tips?

Door has been playing up recently so brought a new lock.

Went to change the lock just now and it won't open at all.

Have removed the fuse and tried opening. Removed battery terminal incase the CPU was playing up.

Can't get any action from the lock, the motor doesn't even groan anymore.

Tried giving it hit around the lock to see if it frees it up.

Any tips?
