I need some help. I have upgraded my RNS 510 (B unit) to version 4020_noru this morning. Everything wen't well.

Glad of the success I tried to upgrade it even further to 4120, but after I inserted the DVD the unit started to behave very strangely.

 

I din't get any loading screens or any kind of information that it is preparing for the upgrade. I couldn't even hear the DVD spinning. After a while it switched itself off for few minutes.

Right now after switching on it is displaying a black screen.

 

I have tried resetting it by pressing < + > + i as well as Setup + eject + i... no luck. Right now I have disconnected the battery and after 30 minutes I will reconnect it and see what happens.

 

In addition, I can't eject the DVD. It is not responding.

 

Can anyone can help me.

Have you had any further joy with this. Mine is behaving in the same way but happened after the car was left for a week.
