mdi connection device not recognised

I pluged in my hdd vis mdi and it says device not recognised.

the head unit is bolero and the hdd only has mp3 files, nothing else.

is there some special format for hdd before it can be used as an mp3 player

or do hdd just not work at all.

its a 2010 octy fl with bolero hu.

Hi All, I know this is a topic that seems to have been covered a million times but my vRS has become a problem child. It was losing a small amount of coolant and I would get the odd whisp of steam from the back, I diagnosed a leaking EGR Cooler (confirmed with off car pressure test) and a small water pump leak. I replaced both and thought my work here was done. However it now seems to have made losses worse, this time from the reservoir, so yesterday I did a 90 min motorway drive and by the t

Airbag error, what can reset it?

During my hardwire dash cam install, I removed the trim which holds the passenger airbag switch and unplugged it. Now (unsurprisingly) I have an airbag error on the dash. I’ve cycled the ignition a few times in hopes that would reset it, I also tried enabling and disabling the airbag with the key, still no joy. Is this something I can reset at home? I’m hoping something like ODBeleven free plan can do it, but it’s difficult finding out what the free plan can actually do.
