Bouncing around the Dectane website, I found the LITEC LED rear clusters. Does anyone know why the vRS/Scout version is more expensive than the normal estate ones?

I think just because they are newer.

 

For a while you could only get them for the estate.

€10 EUR more expensive - for absolutely no reason.

 

The Scout / vRS estate (combi) uses exactly the same rear lights as all other MkII estates.

 

They are simply trying to charge a premium for the more expensive / desirable Octavia models.
