1.8tsi dsg transmission ecu fault codes

I have a 1.8tsi dsg (7 speed) registered Jan 09 which has only covered 12,000 miles. As the car is out of warranty and the dealer, who was originally a 20 minute walk from home, has since moved several miles away to an isolated trading estate I recently had a oil change etc., at a handy independent.

As I'd noticed at times the transmission at slow speeds didn't seem as smooth as it was, they checked for error codes and came up with the following-

No faults in transmission ecu

Engine electronics

49409 U0101 transmission ecu no communication – sporadic

Diagnostic interface for data – bus

1315 gearbox control unit no communication – sporadic

Although the car driving ok at present they suggested checking with Skoda to see if any recalls etc.,

Wonder if anybody has similar faults recorded and if idea what the above effectively means?
