At long last I have a build week of 29 from an order placed on the 7th January. Dealer reckons it might pull forward a couple of weeks now that it is confirmed but also said it would be a 2015 model. All this talk of flat bottomed steering wheel and I really am not bothered about it, the point is......?

 

On this basis I made sure I queried the cruise control, which I'd ordered as an extra, and the cost will be altered accordingly. I actually tried to add something esle instead but he reckoned this might screw up the pricing and I might get stung for it so I'm leaving it as is.

 

I still cannot believe I am having to wait 6 months for a car, not just any car, my first Skoda! It had better be good.

Agreed, 6 months is a long haul but I'm pretty sure you'll be happy with the outcome.
