Passat Estate 1.8 Turbo for Octavia

Featured Replies

For sale/swap......

She is a 1999 Passat Estate 1.8 20v Turbo
MOT till December 2014
Tax till November 2014
153k
VW service history till 129,000 then independent after that.
Had cambelt/waterpump and aux belt done just under 18k ago.
New clutch at 112k

Being the SE version she is filled with creature comforts. 4 elec windows, elec heated mirrors, climate control with freezing cold aircon, front armrest, height and reach steering wheel, remote central locking, on board computer which tells outside temp, average MPG, instant MPG, how long you have been driving, how far and so on, 6 airbags etc etc.  She has a huge boot and with the rear seats down she is like a transit van!

Excellent condition inside and out. In the past 2,500 miles she has had....New oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, NGK plugs, MAF cleaned and throttle body cleaned. Pulls very well in all gears and returns 33.5MPG around Town and have seen over 40MPG on a run, not bad for a 150BHP Turbo car!  A simple re-map can take these to 185-190BHP if more power is needed, but to be honest she is just fine for me and I was doing 82 miles a day in her.

All in all a very comfy and practical car which has been very well loved and cared for by myself and the previous owners, all of 3 of them! It is good on petrol but yet has some go if need be. All original handbooks and service history with many receipts.

Location is just outside of Milton Keynes in a Town called Winslow (MK18)  About 10 mins from J14 off the M1, 10 mins from Aylesbury (A41) and 15-20 mins from Oxford (M40/A34)

Anyone with an Octy who wants an estate then this is ideal for you!

Price wise....Due to her condition, long MOT, Tax and service history she is worth £1,150......I can add some cash for the right Octy.
