New Springs

Featured Replies

New H&R springs fitted today (bottom pic & before top of the double pic). H&R RARB and Miltek cat back also fitted. Drove about 20 miles so far and the car feels tight on the bends and much more planted. Ride is still comfy and not to harsh. Sounds a lot more throaty with the new exhaust.

Looks great, enjoy the noise!

Cheers bud. Need the centre section out now to get the real noise.

Looks great. Always cheesed me off slightly that the Milltek 'cat back' doesn't actually begin at the cat and retained the center box. Does sound better than standard tho!

Enjoy! The arch gap on the 1st pic is unbelievable... I had to take a second look to remind myself what stock height looked like. Show those two pictures to anyone not familiar with Fabias and he'll probably reply: 1st one car is jacked up and 2nd is... normal height?

Agree on that Furbytom. Centre box will be out in the next week.

Tempted by the Milltek myself, or just the centre section.

How are you finding the ride comfort on the H&R's?

In all honesty there are a lot cheaper exhaust options so choose wisely. Miltek is expensive and I still need to have the centre section delete done.

Yeah the ride is firm but not much worse that std IMO. Car is more planted though and gives you more confidence to stick it in the bends etc. Handles like a go kart now.

The trouble is I've been listening to the youtube videos with the Milltek and need that on my car now, ha.

It does sound nice. Centre section out next week so will sound a little more throaty. [emoji106].
