Today I found out that the oil in my gear box needs changing. I have a 2010 cave engined car. What's people opinion after the work has been carried out? Is it noticeablely different?

Today I found out that the oil in my gear box needs changing. I have a 2010 cave engined car. What's people opinion after the work has been carried out? Is it noticeablely different?

There are some comments on the different threads on the topic but it seems marginal at first until bedded into driving style, as they have to update ECU as well as change the oil from synthetic to mineral.
