Central locking issues

Featured Replies

Guys,

I had problems with my central locking a few months ago. My local garage sorted it but now my drivers door does not open/lock with the fob and I have to use the key in the lock! The fob still work all the other doors/boot but not the drivers one! If I use the key in the door it opens/locks all the doors!

I am guessing that it possibly has to be reset or something but do not have a clue how to do this!!

My uncle has a snap on diagnostic tool thing that i have access to.

Can anyone help me out with how I could sort this??

Cheers

At a guess, I say you have a problem with the door control unit supply. Yellow and Red wire in the door loom IIRC. could be the wiring or the unit itself.

Does the electric mirror adjuster switch only work on the Nearside mirror?

Sonic.
