Strange noise and judder on start up

Hi all.

Hope someone can help me here. I have a 2012 vrs diesel with 103000kms and each morning when started from cold there is a vibration and judder coming up through vehicle? Could it be dmf? Also second problem not sure if both are interlinked or not but is also in it while cold. Driving along approx 30-40kms and let your foot of accelerator and there is a rattling noise present but once you hit 100kms noise gone? Any ideas? Help would be appreciated.
