Octavia Mk1 removal tools?

I was just wondering if anyone could give me a definitive answer as to what tools will remove the standard (cassette!) head unit on an Octy vRS Mk1? The internet seems to be giving about 4 different possibilities. Just a pic would be great, cheers.

Also, don't suppose if people know the answer to this and some of the other models (unless they are the same) it could be pinned, might save more noob like questions from muppets like me in future. lol
