I could do with some advice on the above please. My parents are both in their 80s and my dad just can't leave my mom to clean his campervan, so looks like I'll get the job full time. Last night it got its first wash in months (I did it last time too) so I need to devise a quick and easy routine I can adopt when they come for tea each week. My thoughts are to prep it back to the paint as I normally do my vRS ever 6 months then apply 2 coats of jetseal 109 - its a light champagne metalic. Each week I can then clean it if necessary and top up with sonax bsd.

This also got me thinking about my race blue vRS and how to protect this next time once Chris's brazilian wax needs replacing. Would jetseal 109 give the same sort of results and longevity as fusso dark when both are used with authentic wax as it seems easier and quicker to apply than the fusso?

I would then normally wash as usual and top up with bsd

Going on from there what would I need to do to reapply/top up the authentic without disturbing the sealant underneath so I get the protection of the sealant but can top up the wax to keep the bling factor is that possible? The idea being I can top up the authentic as and when needed as it won't last as long as the sealer underneath- or have I got that wrong

Fusso or jet seal...no need/point in using both

However Jetseal is so easy to apply and buff...this would edge for me, the BSD every couple of washes will keep it good for months

Ta, I'll order some jetseal for the camper van. Sorry my ask was a bit confusing - I wasn't intending to use both fusso and jetseal at tne same time mate, just wondered which would be best for the vRS - jetseal plus authentic or fusso plus authentic.

as I'm off to cleanmycaragainandspendmoremoney.com to get the jetseal I'm wondering if I should 'extend my range' a bit and get some sonax profine to act as a go between my g3 paint restorer and g3 scratch remover?

also I've seen you use both dodo juice limeprime lite and carpro eraser. I was wondering which would be better to use to prep the paint before the sealer when there's no obvious swirls etc that would warrent using the g3 paint restorer?

I've started using this Menzerna Powerlock stuff.  I assume it's a sealant but I have been getting great results with it as the final stage.  

 

Easy to apply using dual action machine, and nice and easy to buff off too.

Thanks-I like nice and easy, which sort of prompted the post in the 1st place. I'm greedy as I want the best possible results for as little time and effort as I can get away with, while still doing a 'proper job' as they say in Cornwall LOL

If there's no swirls, then a cleaner polish will be good

As said there are many on the market and all do a similar job....... Prepping the paint for wax or sealer. No need to use IPA if you use this type of product or Eraser. Lime prime is perfect if you want a good base
