Does any one tried or have knowledge of someone who tried to make a chip tunning to a Superb Elegance 2.5TDI but _with_ automatic gear??

For now my car has 150HP, and it seems like a 2.5TDI coulde do more, for sure.

But so far as I asked the dealers and they told me that the automatic gear it's not so suitable for chip tunning because of the transmision system (the clutch, etc.) which has anoters torques values than the manual transmision etc.

What do you think? Any ideea? Any experience? Thanx a lot in advance.

No knowledge however as you are probably aware the Tiptronic version on the Superb 2.8v6 handles 193bhp as standard, would not have expected there being a mechanical difference between the two but maybe a ECU software difference

Thanx, I'll check with my skoda dealer if the Tiptronic gears have the same part number on the 2.8V6 and 2.5TDI
