Broken connector on back of washer jets

Featured Replies

Hi all, someone bumped me in a car park today, just a slight scuff. But when I got home I decided to try my washer jets to check, they pop out but no water comes out! However I get a big pool of water under the passenger side. I have checked can I can see a pipe coming out of the bottom of the air box going no where, I assume this is normal.

I did find at the back of the washer jet a hose has broken off, I have removed the right angled connector from the hose but the connector on the back of the washerjet needs changing. Does anyone know how to get the connector off?? I can;t understand if it was from a bump cos the hose is free to move, it runs along the front of the radiators.

I do have an extended warranty so going to check with them if I'm covered.
