After being mucked around Once too often by the dealer in DARTFORD, I am now looking for a reliable dealer in the kent area.

My aircon compressor, originally diagnosed faulty end June, booked for Friday last week, still has not been finished!

lots of excuses by dealer, lack of staff, not taking gas, and now computer systems down, still have my car, was hoping to get it back this morning, only to be told they have not looked at it yet!

Not a happy Skoda customer ATM!

I have found beadles Maidstone OK but not fantastic, however I have had no faults on my car and my interaction has been for servicing.

 

I had one service done at Canterbury and the customer service was appalling. basic oil service and ended up having to clean excess oil off the engine cover. Car was not cleaned, which it should have been. I was left standing for 20 minutes when I dropped car off and picked it up as staff to busy chatting (I was the only person there).

Think I'll give canterbury a swerve then!

Shame I now have to travel as Dartford dealer is only 5 mins away!

Wherever I now go, I will require a courtesy car, which now costs £15!

Still not got my car back, since dropping off last Friday!
