New rear speakers skoda fabia!

Featured Replies

Afternoon all! Thought a few of you might like to see the new rear speakers Stanley the skoda got yesterday. I originally found the size of the rear speakers to be 4 inch and I went ahead and bought some without checking the size of them! But hey I fitted them! After realising that 4 inch speakers are terrible I decided to buy some proper 4x6 inch speakers! I wanted mtx speakers so everything matches however the only 4x6 mtx speakers I could find are from the USA, so I got some alpine ones instead which are now fitted :) just a quick post if anyone's interested!ย

Sounds good! what model are they? I wonder if I could do the same with my hatchback... and did you leave the tweeters as they are?

Any pics?

Please see the attached images, probably easier to take off and have a look to just make sure what size you need. If you want these 4 inch ones whip us your address and i can post them to you mate :)

Those are the alpine's I'm fancying too but dunno if they'll fit, I'll have to get my standard one's out and check. Thanks for the offer, but if they're no good in your car, they're probs no good for me.

Maybe I should start a topic asking if anyone has already done it and put 4x6 spkrs in a hatcback, this would save me taking mine out and measuring up.

thanks
