Changing front drivers fog light.... Might as well try key hole surgery

My god, removed the front grill - removed the under carriage.... There was no way I was getting to those 3 screws... Washer bottle in the way, moved the horn... Still nothing.

Garage job. :-(

In other news removing the air filter was also very difficult but this was done

Pull of the grill surrounding the fog

there are 3 screws holding in the fog

remove these and voila

Foglight comes out :D

Theres no way it happens like that. lol

 

the drivers side foggy.... it has the washer tank in the way, horn and space is so restricted you cant get a ratchet on the screws.... cant even see them...

If you are only changing the bulb, then you can do it without any tools.

Changing the whole thing as its smashed to pieces... on a mk2 vrs

Surely air filter is 8 torx screws, lift top out of the way and swap filters!

Chris - your more than welcome to show me - located in hertfordshire..... lol - no way is that coming out!! lol

 

Engine cover seemed welded on lol - was removed ok and airfilter was changed, looked like it hadnt been changed for a long time.
