Cupra R Brembo Brakes

Featured Replies

Seat Leon Cupra R Brembo brakes for sale, these have come off my track car, and therefore they need a little tlc.

The calipers require a full refurb, the paint is bad on them, the dust seals have melted (does not affect performance of them), and 1 bleed nipple will need a helicoil / timesert fitted and the seat might also need looking at as the nipple was weeping when the brakes were hot, which is the reason I removed the nipple and it pulled the threads out with it. The pads are not tight in the calipers, however 1 shim has a piece missing, so if your fussy this will need replacing also (but doesn't affect performance either).

Will come with brackets to bolt to the hubs, a pair of good condition discs (323mm), a set of hardly used standard brembo pads and a pair of brake hoses.

All the above sounds really bad, the only thing that NEEDS to be done to use them, is helicoil / timesert the caliper and fit a new bleed nipple.

I am putting a price of £350 on them or £300 without the discs.

It's only a £350 overhaul because you want them done in a funky colour, I bet if you went for normal red it would be under £200 for complete strip, paint and rebuild with new seals etc.

Its just over 200, hi end paint and 4year warrenty is 135

:D they have to go green lol

Whats that 1 shim piece missing ?

Is that on the pads do u mean
