fitter at work looked at it and skoda(as I thought water pump as they change pym and cam last year)did and cannot see a leak but have a puddle/wet patch on the drive.

checked oil no mayo/water residue

and coolant is still looking clean no oil or colour change

Hi chanceyboy, Welcome to the site and sorry to hear you are leaking! You are also in the wrong section. This is the Fabia Mk2 section. Although we do like to see our friends from the Octy side. I don't know if this is a more common issue with your model or not but probably not. I'd check over everything from top to bottom again. It's easy to miss a coolant leak. MInor leaks often only occur when the car is running or just after stopping the engine when it's hot. Most likely it's a leak from a hose when the motor is hot and under pressure. I'd recheck tightness of hose clips while carefully examining each hose itself for defects. Other favourites are the water pump seal which often again will only leak under pressure when the engine is running, or something else that is often overlooked, an engine core plug somewhere at the the back or front of the engine. Is yours diesel? If so, the egr cooling system may have developed a minor leak. Hard to spot these sort of things but it must be investigated urgently as they always get bigger. Oh...don't forget to check the radiator. Stones can play havoc sometimes with cooler pipes. Good luck and come back with more info if you can.
