Our vRS is going in for its 20K service soon.What is done at this service,just oil & filter with a visual check over? Car is about 16 months old and will be its second service.

It is counted as a Major / Inspection Service.

 

OIl / Filter,  Pollen Filter changed,  Fluids Checked, Visual Inspection. including Body Work.

Tyre, Pressures, Hinges, etc etc

So full Health Check and Report. 

It should be put on VAS and a Diagnostic Check done and any Software Enhancement or Updates done etc etc .

 

Not cheap and not always all done,

& price might change depending on if the Use VW 502 00 (Fixed Service)  or Long LIfe VW 504 00 as used for Variable Servicing.

 

Brake Fluid is not changed until the first 3 years according to the service schedule,

but some places might test the Brake Fluid.
