I'm upgrading the Yetis Intercooler and checking this is the right one, it's for the MK5 Golf platform which the Yeti is built on so guessed this is right?

That's a really ambitious price for that part.

If you are going to spend that type of money then spend a bit more & get an Airtec with silicon hoses for GBP495

 

Have a look around for a Golf R / S3 intercooler (same part) with the plastic end tanks.  They perform just as good/better & should only cost AUD100-150 second hand (about GBP 70-100).

 

 

ASi do an alloy S3 knock-off for GBP240

 

Or if you're still set on the genuine article
