Just looked in my service manual to find the gearbox code and I think its EHA , does this ring a bell for anyone ?

02J in vRS IIRC.

All the vRS Octavia 5 speeds were the same code I am told.  02J refers to the 5 speed thing, but EHA sounds like the actual code.

EHA refers to the ratios. 02J is the gearbox code. There are also numbers stamped on the gearbox bell housing near the EHA code which will tell you manufacture date.
